For our Global Service Desk Team we are seeking the following:

 

Technical Support Administrator with English

 

Location: Bielany Wrocławskie

 

Your tasks:

  • Filtering and qualifying IT service repair orders related to printers
  • Analyse and diagnose problems related to printer hardware & putting correct resolution in place
  • Providing remote Level 1-5 Global Support to our technicians (phone)
  • Active contact with our local dispatch teams and local management (mainly via email)
  • Ordering parts for printers via internal system
  • Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
  • On-going analysis and validation of data included in orders, on the basis of Hemmersbach procedures
  •  Technical analysis of the hardware errors and issues, finding the root causes and proposing solutions

Our requirements:

  • Excellent English is a must
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge from printing area
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Openness to learn new things – technical vocabulary and issues from printing area
  • Able to work between 10:00 am and 06:00 pm
  • Able to work on a daily basis  as well as quickly reprioritise tasks
