For our team located in Warsaw we are seeking the following:


L2 End User Support Engineer

with English


Your main responsibilities:

  • Providing 2nd line support for international customer,
  • Troubleshooting and configuration of Windows system,
  • Cooperating with users from different departments,
  • Analyzing and solving problems,
  • Escalation major problems to 3rd level of support.

Our requirements:


  • Very good knowledge of English language,
  • Good knowledge about PC/Laptops configuration (software and hardware),
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting,
  • Knowledge of Domain and TCP/IP,
  • User friendly personality and problem resolution oriented approach,
  • Good communication skills.
